I’m pretty sure that anyone who has been at Centro Comercial Vialia could not resist to stare at the display cases from our patisserie La Exquisita. Located just at the main entrance, this patisserie founded in 1934 is a referent in Malaga.
Its handmade cakes and pastries are baked in its own bakery, which makes them with quality and an exquisite taste. Wine donuts from Malaga (‘roscos de vino’ in spanish), its torrijas in Semana Santa, as well as all its pastries made with puff pastry, cream, glazed or spaguetti squash preserve compose the extensive list of traditional pastries which are absolutely delicious.
You can already taste its famous sweet fritters made with cream, chocolate truffle and yolk, furthermore its delicious Saint’s bones (‘huesos de santo’, spanish sweet made with marzipan paste) to celebrate the coming All Saints’ Day.
And yes, La Exquisita patisserie is getting ready to welcome Christmas. Its display cases are already full of Christmas sweets made from cinnamon and lemon, almonds and sesame.
As might be expected, I couldn’t leave without tasting one of its great pastries. I chose this one made from glazed puff pastry which was delicious.
Don’t forget to visit our patisserie La Exquisita this weekend, we’re waiting for you!
See you next time.
